Dacia today unveiled its first electric car model, the company announcing the event in a message posted on its Facebook account: “r-EV-Dacia oil starts tomorrow”.
The company announced two weeks ago that it will present, for the first time in the world, the most accessible 100% electric city car on the market, on March 3rd. The presentation was to take place at the Geneva Motor Show, which was canceled due to the coronavirus epidemic.
Now, the presentation of the Dacia electric model, called Dacia Spring, has been made on Facebook, as have other car companies that were going to present their news at the Geneva Motor Show.
Dacia Spring, which is based on Renault’s K-ZE model, will be the cheapest electric car in Europe, the price being estimated by specialists at up to 20,000 euros.
